13.01.2022 A very quick glute and leg warm up/cool down with a roller. Melbourne winter means muscles and tendons are quick to tighten up. This works a treat for me. I spend 30seconds to 1 min on each muscle group. #mobility #powerlifting @popcorn_pt_

But - ‘form’ tweeks suited to the individual is important. Eventually, such movements can form part of the comprehensive warm up routine my PT clients all love () doing before we hit the weights and movements suited to their individual programming.
