25.01.2022 Ha ha. I hear so many people complaining about how tired they are and about how their bodies are getting ‘older’. (Except for MY clients of course ) I so agree with this beautiful and inspiring woman, ‘exercise REALLY is the fountain of youth’.

13.01.2022 A very quick glute and leg warm up/cool down with a roller. Melbourne winter means muscles and tendons are quick to tighten up. This works a treat for me. I spend 30seconds to 1 min on each muscle group. #mobility #powerlifting @popcorn_pt_
03.01.2022 These types of exercises are great for beginners to learn correct muscle group activation and therefore develop sound muscle strengthening. But - ‘form’ tweeks suited to the individual is important. Eventually, such movements can form part of the comprehensive warm up routine my PT clients all love () doing before we hit the weights and movements suited to their individual programming.
