24.01.2022 Great effort Today Sienna and Maddi. 4 x 400 with 200 easy/ 200 at hard, 6 min rest, repeat



23.01.2022 Great effort yesterday by Madi, Ella and Sienna getting through 2 x 500, 3 x 600. With some really good speed and a couple of gut busters. How each individual recovers between reps is a great sign for runners of their current fitness level. Next session possibly Saturday or Sunday will post confirmation Friday.

19.01.2022 We’re back, with a lot on people’s plate, time management with work etc hasn’t allowed the ability to run consistent sessions. I apologise. However moving forward, sessions will start back next week. Some people still have cross country on their plate, others are coming into track and field (middle distance 800-1500) and others require maintenance for team sport endurance throughout the year and others for endurance fitness. Stand bye for future sessions will be up before the weekend.

15.01.2022 Apologies but I have to bring tomorrow session forward as I have to work tomorrow evening. The session will now start at 3.30. Again sorry for inconvenience and understand if can’t make that time.

14.01.2022 Terrific week of training, with a focus on different components of endurance running. 3/3/19: Speed Endurance 2 x 600m, 3 x 500, 3 x 400 with 1:2 work/rest ratio. ... 6/3/19: 2km time trial with 2km easy warm up 10/3/19: Fartlek session. 30sec hard, 2min easy, 25sec hard, 2 min easy, 20 sec hard, 2 min easy. Repeat. Total run time 20min

04.01.2022 The running sessions are aimed at 800/1500m runners at the moment, however, all the sessions are beneficial for any team sport that requires endurance and will assist greatly leading into the final series in late August and September.

02.01.2022 School Holidays; a lot of team sports are on a break so athletes need to keep up their endurance, there is athletics coming up and some still doing cross country. So... Session today (1/7/19) at Pincally crescent, Jacobs ridge. Start 4.00pm. 500/600’s. Hopefully can get some consistent running over next 2-3 weeks.
