16.01.2022 Quick story for you guys... When I was 26 I had a mole on my shoulder that caused me some concern... went to see a Dr who told me it was nothing to worry about. About a year later I was still worried about it, so went and saw a different Dr - he too was concerned, took a biopsy and called me 2 days later letting me know it was a melanoma.... What he said next got me pretty good - had you left this another 6mths there is a good chance it could have killed you 13 years later and I’m hear to tell the story - but I also want to be able to raise awareness. Now my kids are nippers at Australia’s number 1 surf club (as voted by me) @nth_burleigh_nippers, and with 600 other nippers they hit the beach multiple times a week to swim, paddle, compete, support and grow as a group of the finest young people you’re ever likely to come across. So, anyone that has anything to do with Your Wealth Corp, today you should be proud - because today we were able to give a hat (made for us by @billabong) to each Nipper and Age Manager at @nth_burleigh_nippers. We purchased 600 of these hats, and let me tell you, on all these kids they look freakin epic!

06.01.2022 1 - Pay your bills monthly. I’ve done this for years, and I can tell you I don’t mind 1 bit when the rates notice comes in and the council owes me $9, as opposed to me owing them $2k. 2 - Review your loan interest rates. I can’t tell you how many clients I talk to that are paying more then 1% above the current commercial rates. I’ve had numerous clients save in excess of $5k a year in interest by simply ringing their bank and questioning their rates. 3 - If times are tough, c...onsider interest only repayments as opposed to principal and interest. Once things are back on track you can change it back, but while you have Cashflow stress consider this as an option. 4 - Trim the fat. Right now, more then ever, you don’t need Maccas, and those shoes, and that membership. 5 - Review your bank and credit card statements thoroughly. I can tell you from personal experience that when I did this, in my business and personal life, I had payments set up that I didn’t know were even in place, or that the service had stopped but not the payment. The banks are also offering ‘repayment holidays’ and if this is something that is going to help then you need to be on the front foot... I’d love to hear any of your tricks to save Cashflow - we’re all in this together remember
