15.01.2022 Being happy versus being content I changed my goal a few years back from focusing on being happy.....to focusing on being content. I realised I was chasing happiness. ... I was discussing this with a mentor of mine a few years ago and he suggested I try to have a different focus - to be content. To change my goal of wanting to be happy to wanting to be content. Content with who you are, being content in the moment and being just generally content with where you are on your journey.
