07.01.2022 Hi friends. I wanted to share this newsletter of a friend who shows me commitment to living life passionately all the time. Deb is inspiring and this newsletter is too, so had to share it. It reminded me to think how committed I am to live my life to the full at the moment. It's so easy to get caught in routine. "It is the commitment to explore and live the life that is meaningful to you, to 'back yourself'." How many of us do this. Well worth a read And if you are wanting to do the workshop I'm happy to chat about it. It changed my life a few years ago. Thanks Deb.

06.01.2022 Ignite your heart is one of the best workshops I've ever done. It's so easy to put others first sometimes but I think looking after ourselves is the best thing we can do to help others too. Please check this out. It's so great Cx
