10.01.2022 I find the comments extraordinary, so much hatred and vitriol. Interestingly up til only a week or two ago in NSW it was mandatory to wear face masks in church but not mandatory if you were in a brothel or a night club. They also banned near all music in Tamworth but still allowed a rodeo to go ahead with over 4,000 people. They just love to divide and conquer and introduce legislation that is clearly often unfair and biased. Personally I will pray where I want, when I want... and with whom I want and I will not be forced to do anything that is clearly bad for my health and the health and wellbeing of others. I also won’t intervene with those people that want to get vaccinated, wear masks, stay inside, not pray etc etc as is their right. And for those individuals be it civilians or police or anyone else that tries to force such unconstitutional and unlawful things upon me , I will respond appropriately and lawfully as is my right and as is determined by the specific situation and methods used. I do not want to, but i will use lethal force if absolutely necessary to protect my democratic rights from anyone who challenges those rights even if unfortunately it is our own government that is now clearly bordering on becoming an all out tyrannical dictatorship. 03.01.2022 OPINION This is about as positive an outcome as I have ever seen from FACS. The devil is in the detail when the article quotes "some restrictions" and "will be..." united. In my view the only risk of significant harm that exists is when FACS remove children every Friday using their warrantless removals section 43 of the Young Person's Care and Protection Act 1998 NSW. Fortunately this one was seen by so many people on social media they had to put out some positive media and "kind of maybe" return the child but this poor family will be jumping through some serious hoops to keep their child if they do actually get him back fully into their care. If you are not aware this happens every Friday in NSW in multiple locations, you just never see it because its usually poor defenceless females on their own. Used to be mainly our black brothers and sisters but now its white folk too and even working its way up to the middle classes, gotta keep those babies flowing. And of course it will all be suppressed except what they want you to see which is generally through the Australian and the Daily Mail, same rubbish as they did with little Chase. In my view FACS have all the attributes of an evil demonic cult and the sooner people wake up to their "sickness" the better. Don't let them into your lives because once in they are like cancer, very difficult to get rid of. And also read the legislation it says "The Secretary or The Police" can remove the child if they believe there is a "SIGNIFICANT RISK OF HARM". Guarantee if you sued the policeman that removed the child and put him in the witness box and asked him what the significant risk of harm was? he would have no idea, he would say FACS told him so because the Police act like pathetic little puppets to social workers who have no skills and very little qualifications. FACS lie all the time, and the children's courts embarassingly generally just rubber stamp those lies, by the end of 2021 their child removal business will be 100% privatised in Australia. Every child removed already has a private contract on them and the money flows like wine. The more disadvantaged a child is the more they are worth. Know your rights and treat FACS the same as you do with coal seam gas, don't ever let them in and if they do try to steal your child without a warrant , that is with no judicial oversight and based on only hearsay innuendo and accusations (no evidence). You do not have to abide by a warrant if you have a reasonable excuse, no evidence and no judicial oversight and police that don't even know why they are doing it, is a very reasonable excuse. Remember section 418 to 422 of the NSW Crimes Act you may use all force that is reasonable up to and including lethal force if absolutely necessary. So make sure you get a jury trial because most parents never get their children back and even though they accuse parents of being criminals you wont see no jury in a closed children's court. Saddest thing of all is that all the families I have investigated (about 130) clearly love their children and just needed support not departmental abuse. FACS support families by stealing their children they don't help anyone, they destroy families forever. Watch the video, and read the article, so you rip a child from a breastfeeding mother with armed police because the parents claim they would like to be outside and they may chose to not vaccinate their child as is their lawful constitutional right. FACS are sick to the core and it is one of Australia's dirtiest secrets. NSW is the child stealing capital of the world, they remove more children per capita than any other State, Territory or Country in the world. FACS once called DOCS now called DCJ, no amount of name changes will fix your problem because its not your name its what you do! You remove children for profit, when you investigate a family it is to find possible grounds to remove a child, thats it. I am happy you claim you are returning this child, lets see if you actually do it or if this is just part of some media bullshit to try to quell the rising animosity and vitriol aimed at your disgraceful department. We will see but I clearly don't trust you because you have never ever been truthful in all my dealings with you, not once. Soon you will push a family and community too far and it will go off like a fire cracker and all we will be able to do is pray for your poor lost wretched souls. xxx Pastor Paul
