24.01.2022 It probably comes as no surprise to anyone but YACCA has made the difficult decision to cancel all activities up until the school holidays. We are sad it has come to this but we want to make sure our members are safe and healthy. We will be reviewing this decision at the end of the school holidays and will be notifying members of the outcome.... In the meantime stay safe out there and look after each other. 24.01.2022 Happy National Tree Day for yesterday we've been so lucky to work with a range of community groups planting 1000s of trees this season.

20.01.2022 Lots of smiles at our planting day despite the terrible conditions The weather may have been bleak, but it was great to work on the Kangarilla Landcare Association of SA project to help improve southern brown bandicoot habitat on landholders property. Big shout out to our YACCA members, Skye and Mitch, for organising the event!

18.01.2022 YACCA is back for weekend/ holdiday work. Such a privilage to join ACA Studios at the Aldinga Washpool. Today we helped out planting Ghania and Seaeda, making guards and learning about the cultural significance of the Washpool. Weather was perfect! Great to be back out there doing conservation work.

13.01.2022 A very socially distanced planting day with the City of Onkaparinga today a huge effort by all, planting 300 native grasses, trees and shrubs at the Basset St creek and reserve.

13.01.2022 We are delighted to announce that YACCA has secured a $40,000 grant to help rehabilitate the Aldinga Washpool! We are so excited for the next two years and our collaborative work with the local Kaurna people It is such a proud moment to be able to deliver a project like this with our wonderful YACCA members
