14.01.2022 Delicious Dessert - Simply add 500ml of almond milk to 2 dessert spoons of raw cacao - 1 tsp of vanilla essence 1 banana - 1 Avocado - Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour - then add the goji berries (previously soak overnight) add dried coconut on top - Enjoy Decorate with strawberries or berries Absolutely Delicious and only few minutes to make it - Perfect Dessert - no sugar - no Diary

02.01.2022 When will we SEE LIGHT BEINGS... This is a short answer from a POWERFUL 3 hour live Q&A I did in my patreon community a few days ago. You can watch the replay o...n my patreon page. www.patreon.com/lorieladd In this answer I am referring to HIGHER DIMENSIONAL LIGHT BEINGS EXISTING IN A 6TH DIMENSIONAL FIELD OR HIGHER. I am NOT referring to ET’s that have and may be currently working with humans that are existing in a 5th dimensional field. This is regarding much higher frequency Light Beings that WE WILL be seeing and working with at some point but not right now. And when they say no where near, please know that could mean 6 months, 1 year or 5 years :). We have the ability to shift our ability to connect with them by continuing to shift humanity and ourselves into higher states of consciousness. It is coming but it may not be when we expect, think or want.
