17.01.2022 Dark circles have many contributing factors including volume loss and pigmentation, but sometimes it is just genetic ( poor bony orbit support). It is normal to have a teartrough, even kids have them- but as we get older we lose facial support that causes the troughs to deepen, giving a tired expression. In this patient filler was used to correct the deficiency and give orbital support. I generally only correct to around 80% as this area can often swell ( think crying/hayfever), in fact, when it comes to dissolving filler- this is the most common area in which filler has to be dissolved due to swelling.. so it’s important to not overcorrect.

12.01.2022 I often tell people that I can’t take their problems away.. but I can erase their frowns.. this lovely client was worried about her frown getting stronger and leaving lines even when she wasn’t frowning.. 5 injections and 2 weeks later.. and no more frown! note how the skin is now getting a ‘holiday’, no longer being scrunched up by the muscle contraction, and note also the position of the brow- no longer being pulled down by the powerful depressors. It also breaks the ‘habit’ of frowning - which is why the frown is one of the most cost effective areas to treat- over time needing less and lasting longer. What’s not to love?

11.01.2022 Lip refresh.. over time lip volume decreases and the lip loses definition and support.. I used half a syringe to replace the volume in the lips, but also used a further 2 syringes in the jawline and lateral cheek to lift the marionette lines and give lower face support..

07.01.2022 And another Lovely Cosmelan result.. Cosmelan is a peel applied in clinic, followed by a 4-6 week protocol to remove pigmentation and reveal new skin .. downtime ( redness, peeling, and sometimes swelling) is usually 3-7 days but redness can last for longer. So far only seen amazing results! Its Laser results without the pain or price..

05.01.2022 This beautiful client didn’t like the lines running from her nose to her mouth, and she wanted a little bit more pout. I used 3/4 of a 1ml syringe to smooth the nasolabial lines and support the upper lip blanket, and the remaining 1/4 in her lip .. a little goes a long way with good technique

03.01.2022 I love doing subtle lips.. I used 0.35 ml of filler to give a bit more pout. There are so many girls walking around with awful lips.. my advice is- dissolve it all and then start over with small amounts.. keep it natural, respect your anatomy and make sure you like the look of the injectors lips before she touches yours ... as who really wants to look like a cartoon character with balloon lips??
