25.01.2022 Focus on what you can control There's no doubt that 2020 has dealt us a difficult hand and it's hard not to focus on the negatives when it's in your face constantly. Sometimes the lines between what we can and cannot control can get blurred. The things we can control is our circle of control and the things we can't control the "circle of concern." The more time we spend in the "circle of concern" the more likely we are to experience the negative effects of stress.... It's normal to feel stress and worry.
