If you have asked the question R U Ok? today, then you have made a difference or possibly even saved a persons life. Just these three little words, a simple smile, or a greeting goes a long way in making a person feel included and connected.

01.01.2022 Last week Friday we were lucky to have the ADFA Cadets join us during drop-in. We had a blast challenging them to basketball, pool, table tennis and Nintendo Switch. We also got to enjoy the delicious food they made for us!
