22.01.2022 Rabbit Pose A beautiful and simple posture to stretch the neck and spine. In this pose we hold a very rounded spine, so breathing space in the belly can be limited, allowing us to practice breathing freely even when things may be difficult. Happy Easter everyone, may you stay well and safe, and find a deep relaxing breath in these tricky times

21.01.2022 Reclined Butterfly Pose Rest your back and hips as you anchor into your breath and allow your mind to find some moments of calm

17.01.2022 Child’s Pose - balance mind and body with this much favoured asana. This peaceful resting posture calms and soothes the mind as it stretches hips, thighs, and ankles while lengthening and releasing the spine. Settle in to your preferred option and breathe quietly. Aaaaaahhhh
