25.01.2022 * Reminder no jewellery is to worn by players during a match with exceptance of a medic alert pendant and chain that must be taped to the players body. Referees are encouraged to ask players to remove earings, necklaces etc as they can become a slipping hazard on the court however it is expected that players abide by these rules in the first place. Players may be asked to leave the court until they comply. * Reminder Covid sign in on arrival to the stadium. As per government rules each individual person must be signed in, not one per family. * Reminder due to covid requirements there will be no shin guards or socks available at the stadium to be borrowed out. You must remember your items.

22.01.2022 Hi Guys I know we are still all waiting to hear what is going on with the 2020 YP Futsal season. The 14th April decision time from our governing bodies has been extended to the 31st May.... Hopefully by the 1st June we will hear if our season will go ahead or not. The YP Futsal committee voted and decided to wait to see what the outcome will be. Fingers crossed the season will go ahead, with us sending out the welcome packs and opening our online registration system immediately and a planned kick off date starting on weds 17th June. Once we know we will let you know. Stay safe everyone YP Futsal Committee

13.01.2022 Committee Update!!! We are still going ahead with the planning side of the Futsal season keeping our fingers crossed to start on 6th May or with the possibility of a delayed start. Current FFA/FFSA closure is until the 14th April. We will follow guidelines set by them and the government that can change on a daily basis when it comes to the time for our season to start.... In the mean time we will not be collecting fees when registrations open until the season is guaranteed to go ahead. We also very strongly suggest teams do not purchase new uniforms etc. In the event we start and teams uniforms don’t arrive in time we can go ahead with bibs or set coloured tshirts most may already have at home. So hurry and get your team lists in as nominations close in a few days!!!!

09.01.2022 After consultation with committee members we have come to the sad but necessary decision to cancel the 2020 YP Futsal Association Season. We thank you all for your patience and understanding in the circumstances we are all undertaking with the COVID 19 restrictions now and in the near future. 08.01.2022 NOMINATIONS ARE STILL OPEN! You can still Nominate your team now All works for this season are still going ahead. ... As advised by the FFA all football (soccer) games and training are suspended until the 14th of April. As per normal our season is currently set to start in May. You will be notified of any changes. As all years we advise do not order uniforms until nominations are confirmed. We relay that message more so this year due to uncertain times ahead. Don’t spend any money yet, just get your team lists in All team managers from last year were emailed a copy of the nomination forms last week.
