25.01.2022 We are pleased to introduce Taryn Ahsing who was elected to the YPN Committee at the last meeting. Working as a Community Development Officer both in Local Government and the not-for-profit sector, I am passionate about social impact and working in communities to make meaningful change. I am currently working at the City of Rockingham as the Community Development Officer for Cultural Development and the Arts, and I am excited to be a part of the Young Professionals Network to advocate for other young people navigating a career in Local Government. Outside of work you would find me painting, doing some yoga or binge-watching history documentaries.

24.01.2022 At the most recent Committee meeting, we appointed 2 new members. Please meet Sriram Srikrishnan! "I am a Law Graduate at McLeods Barristers & Solicitors and I deal with a range of local government property matters and provide assistance in planning matters. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, watching movies, travelling the world and experiencing new cultures and cuisines. I am very excited to begin working as part of the Young Professionals Network and contribute my skills to advocate for professional development in the local government industry."
