15.01.2022 Breaking News Thank you to Yeronga Sth Brisbane Football Club for inviting me to its awards night. It was also a night to celebrate the club's senior womens t...eam winning the Bond University QAFLW Premiership and also kicking plenty of goals off the field with their viral video of the women using Auslan to sing their club song. So, it was a great opportunity to announce that a re-elected Palaszczuk Labor Government will support the club with $150 000 to build female change rooms of allow the women's game to continue to grow. Again, congratulations to the club and all the award winners and here is to an even better 2021!!

15.01.2022 The Yeronga South Brisbane Football Club is excited to announce the appointment of the 2021 QAFLW Head Coach, Stuart Mackay. Stuart has been part of the Yeronga family for a number of years in both Men's and Women's programs and most recently was a part of the 2020 Premiership QALFW coaching group, with the role of Backline coach. Stuart brings with him a wealth of knowledge about the game, a great connection with the playing group and an ability to get the best out of both ...individuals and the team. With Stuart at the helm, we look forward to another successful year at the Devils. #devil4life

15.01.2022 Two BIG wins means two teams in Grand Finals!! Another huge 3rd Quarter of 4 goals to none set up the 6 goal win over the Minor Premiers in the QAFLW. While the Development came out of the blocks hard and kept the opposition scoreless for the first half. Cruising to an 89 point win from there. #devil4life

10.01.2022 The club has received the following from a member and as such will be hold a Special General Meeting on Tuesday November 17 at 5:30pm. "Attention: The Secretary, Yeronga Football Club Inc. In accordance with clause 21 (b) of the Yeronga Football Club Inc. Constitution, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Secretary of the Yeronga Football Club Inc of a requisition to hold a special general meeting of Yeronga Football Club Inc. for the purpose of transacting the following business: ... - To dissolve the current Management Committee by declaring all Management Committee positions vacant. - Election of an interim Management Committee, in accordance with the Yeronga Football Club Inc. Constitution, until next annual general meeting to ensure adequate off-season preparations can be taken. This requisition to hold a special general meeting of Yeronga Football Club Inc. has been made by club member, Tim Wolf, and the names in the attached Notice of Requisition of Special General Meeting of which numbers exceed double the number of members presently on the Management Committee plus one. Under clause 23 of the Yeronga Football Club Inc. Constitution, following receipt of the requisition to hold convene the special general meeting, the Secretary shall convene the general meeting by giving not less than 14 days’ notice to the members of the club in a manner determined by the Management Committee. A massive thanks to all those that have put in the work to make this happen and the players who have committed to pushing this club forward.... A 56 game career at the top level with Brisbane and Collingwood, and a wealth of experience in Queensland footy, Anthony is the perfect man to take this club and rebuild quickly to where it belongs.
