13.01.2022 SELAMAT CONGRATS to Ytri Multisport Bintan-Indonesia athlete Albert Wijaya on victory @Port Dickson Triathlon 2019, among Asia's toughest tris; it's his third w...in in 3 consecutive weekends! Hard-earned rest is in order (esp as he took my "puke AFTER the finish line" too seriously & was carried to med tent ahem Kingsley?). Pic on R is Aug '18 AG win @IRONMAN 70.3 Bintan by MetaSport (another of Asia's toughest tris), 1 of only 2 times last 9mo I've been well. But I beat you Alberto; I'm NOT headed to med care today. ;) Thank you for the inspiration & being who you are; it's not about the podiums. See more

11.01.2022 Shoe fitting/lacing tip: try different lacing patterns on each side w/your laces of choice (dozens of types of laces & lacing; scroll to prior post). Walk or run for a bit, then use the lace pattern on foot that feels best. This may change during shoe lifespan so feel free to experiment!
