11.01.2022 We had a very productive meeting with our Labor MP for Tarneit, Sarah Connolly MP about our social community Soccer club and the support we can get from local councils and the state. We were left impressed by her understanding of the importance and issues of community clubs like ours face with the lack of dedicated soccer fields, venues, trained professionals and how such clubs help in promoting soccer and physical activity to families and particularly kids who can not afford the "traditional" clubs with expensive fees in our local community . Thank you for your support from Yidnekachew Tessema Social Soccer Club and we hope to work with you more in the near future once the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
