22.01.2022 And one more thing, regarding the UberEATS Sometimes when drivers need to pick up multiple orders which arranged by uber company they had to wait for the second order although the first ones ready. Thats why takes even longer.

19.01.2022 Dear customers, We have been while experiencing a bit of issues with UberEATS. So would like to explain a little more clearly how it works. 1. When you place order, we only get your order with order number and contact details. ... 2. When its ready, we only can let the uber company know so they can organize drivers for you. At that time we do not have any power to control the timelines or multiple deliveries (eg if drivers coming late or when they need pick up multiple orders) 3. After the orders picked up, we are no longer able to see your details. 4. About the payment, you pay to uber company and they will pay us 65% of total weekly which you pay when you place order. If you have any issues with delivery, pls contact UberEATS on 1800874881. Thank you for reading!
