15.01.2022 Hi everyone, what are you up to this Sunday from 10am? I am going to join Kodomono Hi event which is Adelaide's most biggest Japanese event which was held for 25years. But this year it will go virtual. Which means the people living in Japan and Australia can join together and do activity together. What we are going to do is 30 min, fun and easy exercise which can join all ages, followed by 30 min chat together. Ask to your family and friends that will be great!... It is free to join. I just wanted to let you all know that there is a function at Living Choice Thursday( tomorrow), and so unfortunately there will be no Strength For Life or Aqua Strength For Life class :( But don't worry, everything will be back to normal next week :)...
