So is milk... what are the benefits of a milk bath? ... Milk bath leaves your skin feeling soft and supple and the lactic acid in milk helps clean and exfoliate the skin. It hydrated the skin and prevent dryness. Also, taking a milk bath at the end of the day can help you to reduce the stress. Add some essential oils for relaxation.
