02.01.2022 Ever tried making your own almond milk? Here is a great recipe if you want to ditch the the store bought additives. Soak one cup of raw almonds in 2 cups of water overnight. Rinse and drain almonds in water, put almonds in the blender with 3.5 cups filtered water. Blend for 1 minute on high speed. Grab a bowl and put nut bag (can be found at go vita or a muslin cloth will work) over bowl and slowly pour the milk into it, squeeze to get all the moisture out of bag. If you want more flavour use vanilla bean and cinnamon. Serve over ice its ohhhh so good. You will never buy store bought again. You can also dehydrate the almond pulp that is left in the bag, comes handy for baking instead of almond meal.
