23.01.2022 From 1am, for 2 weeks, masks are mandatory in our area. That means that anyone 12 years or over must: - wear a mask to and from class - remove mask to participate in class (as participating with a mask on is a health and safety risk due to vigorous exercise)... - remove mask while coaching (due to need to communicate clearly). Spectators will be required to wear masks or physically distance. As usual, everyone will be required to check in using QR Code and our cleaning will step back up to before and after class.

18.01.2022 A short 3 years ago, today, our club lost an instructor, John Wilson, who died following a short and fierce battle with T-cell Leukemia. John left behind a beautiful family in Nikki, their children and his son. He also left a taekwondo legacy that Nikki has now carried into Wilson Taekwondo, and a perpetual trophy in Reeves Taekwondo. John loved Yun Hap and we are thankful for that. A gentleman and a martial artist dedicated to taekwondo. His passing sparked many changes in our club but we will always respect and acknowledge his contribution and he will always be part of our taekwondo family.

07.01.2022 Tonight has been our official handover with the new committee. We welcome Duncan as secretary and David as treasurer and especially thank them for taking on the roles. Majella heads events, Nils is our junior development and website (and we've wrangled Chris to help Nils on website with Stefan to assist David with treasury). Orla and Sash looking at our club apparel (young thoughts will be interesting). Will and Duncan and Kate instructing, with Talia helping out on Kedro...n class admin and Tim and Stu helping with all the background stuff. #sharetheload #workingtogether Great thanks to Tim and Will for holding committee positions during this extended transition. 26 years in sees our greatest club changes as we step towards fully operating as a not for profit organisation (extremely rare in taekwondo!). We have a couple of steps yet but are a lot closer! Great thanks and respect for all as we build a strong club moving into our next 25 years together!
