16.01.2022 Hi everyone, I would like make an announcement "We are open" and tonight, tuesday14th July 2020 is our official reopening night!... We have been operating after 3 months extended renovation since Covid 19 interrupted what was originally 3 weeks reflooring reno. As you can see in the picture, the kitchen was bare empty, and I have thrown out 2/3rd of gas equipment to be replaced to go with the brand new kitchen floor. Then I got stuck not been able to refit until a week before our secret reopening on 12th June. I took the ristriction to advantage and began "intense staff training". While we could only seat 20 customers, I was forgiven for not providing usual quality service by all guests who stormed back in to us, and I appreciated every guests every night for understanding my motive and letting very young and hidden talents given chance to have ago at operating the dinning area. Before we closed our door, there were my mum always at the entrance greeting and keeping eyes on everything. Rie was onto every needs in flash and covering 3 staffs tasks all on herself. Aiko was always steady and she has been the one everyone trusted when the other generals were occupied, she quietly completed everything only experienced staff can. These core strengths we had missing (only by my request), I had hidden talents, Jaz who started to get a spot light due to her communication skills with guests, Nana who never had given a chance to step up, and Jen "Kooky" never had chance to show her capability, started to take control of very complicated system we always had for many years. Meanwhile I tried to simplify the system. Also I have future hope Demi 15 yo going through much early debut to serving guest for the generation today, and Yusui 17 yo who decided to come to GC 2 years ago alone given me a chance to raise future core staffs I believe should come from the energy of youth with experience. These up and coming talents will eventually be able to start the healthy cycle of experience when I train myself to train more staffs efficiently. 14.01.2022 Quick announcement to make. We got our website back. We have restarted renovation but..... ... We are returning with stage 2 covid 19 ristriction. Proposed day is the 12th on June, however we will be changing this reopening day according to the ristriction lift and may be delayed. Hoping to see you all. I can't wait to pick up my knife and start serving everyone!

Well, the idea moved left, turned right, skipped forward and went backwards, we never ended up serving this combo is not so much of my beauty sense of presentation, however, wondering if anyone think this dish will be nice one to replace and included in the existing couple's banquet. Love to hear interests, suggestions and even a re...view from who will have one served in the future, so for the rest of the nights until we will go ahead with 2 to 3 weeks closure due to some kitchen renovation in mid March, we will serve this with the couples banquet as a trial special. Very recently our Itoshin website security was compromised and now used for may be a malicious purpose and redirecting if our home page address is typed in the address bar. My web designer and web provider are working on it right now to fix the issue, however, we still not certain how long it will take to be fully secure again....
