Security experts advise against this because it's a security risk. I know not everyone feels comfortable with storing passwords online. But for me, LastPass has been a blessing and I no longer use a "one password fits all" approach to passwords.... LastPass is a cloud program that can generate new passwords and store your login details for all of your accounts. LastPass stores encrypted passwords online. There are personal accounts with free, paid and family pricing options as well as business accounts. Each week, 70% of Australians work remotely either full-time or a few hours a week. An article produce by McCrindle Research regarding the latest trends and perceptions about teleworking in Australia it mentions "By 2020, through the completion of the National Broadband Network, the government aims to provide greater opportunities for Australians to work remotely, with the aim for 12 percent of all public servants to regularly telecommute." Does your organisation allow for remote working or teleworking?

03.01.2022 Do you work on various devices and realise you need to access files on another device? Or do you work at various locations and cant access the files you need? Or do you need to share files with a family member or client? I know I have faced all those challenges. While I had an external hard drive, that didnt help when I was using my iPhone. I now use a cloud storage service for files that I often need, smartphone backups and sharing files. This allows me to access those fil...es quickly no matter the device or location (as long as I have internet access). I use DropBox and PCloud but there are other options available such as OneDrive (Microsoft), iCloud (apple), and Google Drive. If you have your own service with external access (i.e. website hosting), you could look at NextCloud, which is a self-hosted option.
