All of our team are equally as proud. Their hard work and dedication to quality has been recognised. A big thank you to DIAA and to Cheetham Salt for sponsoring this award. We are humbled.

24.01.2022 Pick a Picnic Box. Getting some ideas together for family and work parties that will suit social distancing and help plan your end of year bash. Each box will be gorgeously different and there will be room to add in drinks and gifts for staff or clients. Stay tuned

19.01.2022 We are staying cashless. With COVID not really something that will be disappearing in the near future, we have decided to stay cashless. Along with maintaining highly monitored cleaning and hygiene practices, it is one measure we know will reduce contact and add to the list of measure keeping our customers, staff and business as a whole as safe as we can. Times have changed and we are changing with them, but our cheeses are and will always be as amazing as ever.

17.01.2022 If you’ve ever been lucky enough to break into one of the extraordinary caneles handmade in nearby Wesburn by the quietly (yet highly) talented @yvartisanbaker, then you know the joy we feel to have four of these beauties gifted to us this afternoon. Thanks Ben, legend status is yours. Everyone else, get moving on those 25 kms and get yourselves some pure art in the form of these baked goods. How lucky we are.

12.01.2022 An oldie, but a classic goodie. The decision to package our Persian Fetta into this much-loved (paint-style) tin decades ago was a fine one indeed. It ensured that you remembered that what lay underneath the seal was of unique quality, like it's package. We outgrew the process as we streamlined our production processes over time, but it will always be thought of with a smile.

Here’s how it will look for you all; - retail sales and dine in only (no tastings avail. yet. Stay tuned) - pre-paid bookings are essential for dine in, $20 min per diner... - max capacity is 20 (10 diners and 10 in retail area) - 1 hour max each sitting - temperature checks and contact details submitted on arrival - great cheese, wine and coffee (but you already knew that) We are committed to doing the very best to keep you safe by following all safety and cleaning procedures outlined for reopening. 01.01.2022 Given our game has gone north and we’re still (very patiently) in lockdown, all the more reason to go all out on the cheese board offering for tonight. Those of you in all other states, here is your opportunity to shine and turn up to your gathering with some of the best Australia cheese going.
