22.01.2022 I was recently gifted some black garlic, produced by Springmount Fine Foods. The flavour of the black garlic on it's own is exquisite - it doesn't need much doing to it! Served here on toast with d'Affinois bleu, roasted baby beetroot and toasted walnuts.
