19.01.2022 Join YVMen along with Young Voices of Melbourne and Exaudi this Sunday 1 Dec at Glorious Love Songs: A Christmas Concert with Exaudi & YVM. This concert will feature luscious songs of love, both sacred and secular, for choir and strings. 18.01.2022 As part of Young Voices of Melbourne's 30th anniversary celebrations next year, we are pleased to announce the project New Songs for New Voices. New Songs for New Voices will involve the commissioning of new music by Victorian composers for YVMen. This music will give special consideration to new and changing male voices which will support the special needs of young male singers and become important repertoire for all ensembles of young male voices. YVMen works each week with Amelia Alder (well known for her work as Director of Vocal Australia), and Mark O'Leary and Young Voices of Melbourne. 01.01.2022 Yesterday YVMen participated in KMEIA Vic Events’ Kodaly Choral Day. This involved a workshop run by Paul Holley OAM from Queensland. Paul is the Associate Director of Voices of Birralee and conducts two ensembles, The Birralee Blokes and Resonance of Birralee. It was a fabulous experience for YVMen.
