24.01.2022 Wow! I knew it felt squished, but this is ridiculous..... Our bodies truly are amazing.

24.01.2022 I had another birthday last month (yes, another year older and hopefully wiser ). We explored a local beach - sometimes we overlook our local gems. Our children are growing up so fast. All in high school now, and our eldest turns 16 next week which means a learner driver in the household!

22.01.2022 This was our view last weekend. We have a beautiful friend who welcomes us to camp on her gorgeous property. It's our favourite spot. No phone service, running creek, camp fires and best of all, no other campers! It was great to just get away from the city and catch our breath.

19.01.2022 As amazing and incredible as Pink was last night, what I took away from it is that first and foremost, she's a mum. She mentioned her children a number of times thoughout the performance. The joy on her face as she announced that Willow was there was beautiful. When Willow ran up to give her a massive hug, Pink was just like the rest of us mum's - everything else paled in comparison (even an arena of thousands of fans :-)).... So impressed. Loved it. Every moment.

09.01.2022 The APGAR score is a routine test (or more correctly, observations) taken at 1 minute and again at 5 minutes after birth. It gives your caregiver a quick, overall picture of how well baby is transitioning immediately after birth.
