20.01.2022 Netball season is here. Despite overcast weather we played all games last week. Make sure you get strapped before you play to reduce risk of injuries. Ankle guards and knee supports are available from Yvonne at the first aid room or from our clinics.

13.01.2022 Christmas is fast approaching we will be open through the holiday break every day except the public holidays.
13.01.2022 I am back from holidays now. I had three weeks away skiing in Japan. Now its back to work again. We have the Netball season off to a good start with all games being played the last two weekends without too many injuries .

11.01.2022 State Netball Championships held last month showed how well all our teams performed. Congrats to all our players yvonne
11.01.2022 Christmas is fast approaching . We are opened up to 24/12/14 but will close half day. Our Rockdale clinic will be opened through the holiday period except for Public Holidays by appointment. The Kogarah Clinic will be opened after the New Year.

09.01.2022 There has been a change at the Rockdale practice with a new physio joining our team. Janet is available more time at Kogarah and only Wednesday mornings at Rockdale. I will be at Rockdale Monday afternoons and all day Friday. Lu who will be at Rockdale full time has a keen interest in exercise prescription and fitness.
