21.01.2022 What do alpacas have to do with social media marketing? Nothing whatsoever. What do they have to do with my brand? Plenty. As a business you're not limited to only posting imagery of your product or service. So, what should you post? Consider your ideal audience and your mission when creating or sourcing new content and always strive to add value.... For example, the mission of my brand is to help business owners find comfort in the digital landscape. With my ideal client in mind, I consider what imagery reflects this message of comfort, peace and homeliness. Then I pair this imagery with captions that either entertain, inspire or educate. Naturally, I associate comfort with fluffy, cute alpacas So no, your content doesn't have to reflect your product. It does however, have to reflect your brand What imagery do you associate with comfort, peace and homeliness? 20.01.2022 You've made it half way through the week and you deserve to treat yourself It's Wellness Wednesday! I don't need to tell you that 2020 has been a tough year. We're all feeling it which is why it's more important that ever to take care of yourself Let's play a game, choose at least one of the following wellness tasks. 04.01.2022 I've spent the week in bed but I don't want your sympathy . E is a disease where tissue to the lining of the uterus grows outside of the uterus. effects more than 10% of Australian Women and I am 1 of them From the age of 12, I was experiencing pain so debilitating that I was constantly missing school. Doctors told me, 'I was fine'. That it was, 'all in my head' and, 'get on with it'.... I struggled to fall pregnant but was blessed in 2015 with my rainbow baby My endometriosis however, continued to progress and I was spending most days in bed, unable to move and angry at myself for 'letting everyone down'. In 2016, I finally had a laparoscopy which found endometrial lesions throughout my abdomen and over my ovaries I was 23. It took 11 years for my debilitating condition to be diagnosed. Now at 26, the fight is to have it recognised for what it is. A cruel disease that dictates my life and ability to carry out tasks that many take for granted. I never know when a 'flare up' will hit My flares usually begin with a throbbing headache, followed by nausea so bad that I'm physically ill and then there's the pain, the crippling pain that has me doubled over, crying for help. All whilst battling chronic fatigue At this stage, I'm simply trying to get through the day. I'm due for surgery number 2 in October coming off the back of a treatment that placed me into a medically induced menopause. ' I want people to understand that this disease doesn't make me any less of a woman and it drives my motivation to succeed.
