21.01.2022 This is a photo of my hair. As you can see, part of the hair is grey and the other part is black. You will be surprised to know that the grey part is the end and the black part is the root! So my grey hair is literally turning back to black... Since I founded Zacoli Organic, I had worked hard and had developed a very bad habit, gong to bed very late. Not long after, I found my hair started greying quite rapidly and it was also starting to thin out. Out of desperation, I formulated Zacoli Organic High Potency Regenerating Hair and Scalp serum. I packed the serum with loads of potent nutrients tailored for the health of hair and scalp. I started applying the serum a few months ago routinely at bedtime and gave my scalp a gentle massage. I also started taking fermented cod liver oil (although not quite routinely with this one). A few months on, I found new growth with visible baby hair. I am delighted to say the least although that wasn't completely unexpected. What was unexpected was when I found a few strands of my hair with grey end and black root! In other words, my grey hair has turned back to black! From the research I've done to date, most claimed that this is not possible. Grey hair stays grey forever apparently. Well how wrong were they? If I can find a few strands of grey hair which is turning back to black, then isn't it proof that premature grey hair doesn't have to stay grey forever! As my naturopath Christina Mathewson once explained to me, the colour of your hair reflects your health and that you can reverse grey hair with food, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. 21.01.2022 Have you heard of capsule making machine? We have a little capsule making machine where we can make fill out empty capsules with ground herbs, pr supplements. Last weekend we spent the morning making over 1500 capsules of vitamin C, parasite cleanse herbs (really yucky as powder so we decided to encapsulate the herbs) and my liver detox herb, St Mary's Thistle.... It was really easy and fun to do with the kids. Why would you use this machine? Firstly, it is cheaper to buy powder form of supplements and encapsulate them yourselves, and other times I use it to encapsulate all kinds of herbs for and mix and match to your liking or according to your health needs. What do you think? Have you ever encapsulated your own special herbs with this little machine?

21.01.2022 This is where I usually formulate all our Zacoli Organic Skincare products. I remember the countless hours I spent standing here, formulating and making products, testing and trialling different ingredients. Measuring and recording. It was very sabbatical for me. I will be missing this space dearly...... Supposed to be 2 more sleeps before the big move, but due to the heat on Sunday we are delaying our move by 1 day. So 3 more sleeps!!

17.01.2022 Alright. Time to talk about these fat boys. Two days ago, my dear husband David had a sudden pain on his back. It felt really tight, and even small movements gave him pain. We weren't sure why the sudden pain or where the pain came from, but I thought it could be muscle related. So.... 12.01.2022 This is our little champ quail chick. He / she was born with feet curled backwards and was unable to stand let alone walk. Its been 3 weeks of intensive therapy and feet tapping, she has come really far. One of the feet is now completely straight. The other one is still curled to the side so more tapping. I'm confident with a little perseverance we can get all the toes straight so she can have a normal life! Very proud of how far she has come.

02.01.2022 This little boy / girl was born 13 days ago. When he was born, his legs were curled up and backwards. He couldn't stand up let alone walk. After many many many painstaking hours of taping up his feet and his legs to put them in the right place day after day after day, he is finally off his boots and walking without them for the first time! Many times I had thought he wouldnt make it and he was never going to be able to walk properly. After seeing his performance today withou...t the tapes and boots, I am confident he will make full recovery!! The other chick has made full recovery after 5 days of having the feet taped up. I'm a proud quail chicks mumma.
