08.01.2022 Lo Ki Bar & Restaurant will be opening soon on Ocean street, maroochydore, One of the busiest food and night-life streets on the Sunshine Coast!!! We are looking for a restaurant manager for when Lo Ki opens! Part time and full time positions may be available.... Position Title: Restaurant Manager Responsibilities: To oversee the restaurant operations and ensure customers satisfaction. Main Duties: Recruiting, training and supervising staff Ensuring restaurant operational objectives are met by suggesting information and recommendation to plans and reviews and implementing service standards Liaising with the head cook in planning the menus Meeting the financial objectives by preparing an annual budget and meeting sale targets Overseeing stock levels Ordering supplies Promoting and marketing the restaurant Organizing special functions Providing customer service by greeting and advising customers as well as handling enquires and complaints and solving any issues that arise Ensuring compliance is met with licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislations/guidelines.
