19.01.2022 What a great day enjoying the Biodynamic Farm tour. A great lunch gathering at Eden Farm after visiting Alcheringa dairy farm and before moving into Zanker’s organic egg farm. Thanks to all who joined us.

19.01.2022 Baby no.1 born for the season. We manage our small dairy here using the 'calf at foot' system. Mumma will raise her calf until at least 4 months old, when it is ready to be weaned. We will milk her once a day, after the calf has what he needs for the day. All our milk goes into feeding the chickens to create our delicious, nutrient dense eggs!!

18.01.2022 Plenty of space for the hens to enjoy their end of day foraging. We all wait patiently now for some autumn rain to get lots of green feed growing!!

17.01.2022 Here at Eden Farm Produce we are all about Zero Waste... We get our Local Organic Garlic from Zankers Farm who are my neighbours and also our egg suppliers. Unf...ortunately due to the crazy weather we have been having some of the garlic crop has started resprouting. This makes them no good for drying to sell as normal garlic. So we will be offering green Organic garlic from tomorrow. The same amazing garlic flavour but it will need to be used fresh. Tonight I made a delicious garlic butter stir fry chicken using this green garlic. I will pop the recipe up tomorrow. We also have garlic scapes available now in store. I am really passionate about sharing what food is in season. Why not drop into our farm store this weekend and checkout out what we have on offer.

12.01.2022 We are finally back in production after 12 months, thanks to the team work of our family and new community around us!! Appreciating our new farm on a daily basis!!

10.01.2022 Lots of growing to do, but always great to get these youngens out in the paddocks. Happy girls enjoying the spring sun & fertilizing our pastures.

10.01.2022 Another new venture this year. Jacob (our middle son) is doing a great job managing these youngens so they make a positive improvement to our pastures.

07.01.2022 Not a fun week to be a paddock chicken. Tough conditions for tough chooks!! The early morning & late evening is forage time for bugs & grain on the ground, the rest of the day is relax in the shade & drink plenty of water. Apologies to our new consumers if the yolk color is a bit light. The reality of summertime, no synthetic color agent added to their feed, keeping animals on the move, fertlizing paddocks for their next crops & saving the small bit of green grass we have for the dairy cows. The nutrition & flavour of the eggs are still great.

05.01.2022 Hi to family, friends & possibly some very patient customers. We've landed near Shepparton in Vic & doing our best to get back to producing lots of tasty nutrient dense organic eggs for 2018.

03.01.2022 Every animal here has a purpose in our regenerative farming system. This group of pigs has just finished preparing a paddock for us to plant this years garlic crop in.

It has a sweet savoury flavour, with 101 ways to use in recipes or just a small condiment on the side of your plate with any meats, cheese or eggs. There are many health benefits if consumed on a daily basis, which we have been experiencing.

02.01.2022 If any of our egg customers are interested in also purchasing organic garlic or 100% grass fed beef direct from the farm, please contact us. If you would like me to email you an order form for our beef, please PM your email address. We are happy for customers to pick up direct from the farm or organise delivery to your door. Bulk orders of 35kg+ up to 2hrs drive from the farm can be also delivered. How about putting a bulk order in together with your neighbours/family/friends and supporting a local farmer!!
