21.01.2022 According to dTERRA, on 'How to Apply Essential Oils', "there are three ways to use essential oils:" The third way, "ingesting, or 'internal' use of essential ...oils, allows the oil to be transported throughout your body... Add to a glass of water Take in a veggie capsule Put a drop under your tongue" https://www.doterra.com/US/en/using-essential-oils Focusing exclusively on adding essential oil to water, I note that Peter Holmes writes in 'Aromatica: A Clinical Guide to Essential Oil Therapeutics - Vol 2: Applications and Profiles': "For oral use, the essential oil itself should first be made into a medicated oil. Whether the essential oil is to be swallowed or not, it should as a rule be first diluted in an oily excipient such as a vegetable oil (e.g. olive or coconut oil), which is able to properly disperse the essential oil. Honey is also able to disperse an essential oil... The traditional popular French method of putting one or two drops of oil onto a sugar cube is therefore no longer recommended. Equally, simply drinking down essential oils in water is clearly contraindicated." The corporate essential oil market appears to be inoculated against essential oil education.

02.01.2022 Great News! The NSW Health Minister has announced that Remedial & Therapeutic Massage are now deemed essential and as such we are allowed to practice, effective immediately. I have made the decision to 'watch the curve' for a couple of weeks and reopen on Monday 4th May. I'll be in touch to offer appointments first for those I had to cancel.
