We are busy working through the details of the reopening to ensure we stick to the VIC Government COVID Safe Plan and we’ll keep you updated with further news as we are notified. Thank you all for your patience and kind words these last few months. We know how rough it has been for our VIC members and staff, and we’re so excited to be coming out the other side and getting back into the gym as a community. 20.01.2022 As our South Australian clubs reopened today at 9am, the safety of our members and staff is our number one priority and weve strictly aligned ourselves with measures set in place by the State Government mentioned below: + Social distancing to ensure a minimum of 1.5 metres between each individual whilst exercising + Assisting health authorities with contact tracing + Increased cleaning and sanitation, including providing hand sanitiser and sanitation wipes... + Ensuring members bring a towel and own water bottle + Thorough cleaning of all equipment by staff + Removal of communal foam based products (ie gym mats) + No shared equipment unless disinfected between uses + No cash transactions + Closure of showers and water fountains. Grab the bar just outside your legs.... 2. Pull your shoulders back to engage lats. Take a deep breath in and brace your core. 3. Drive through your legs, pushing your feet into the ground hard. 14.01.2022 Amazing news for our South Australian and Tasmanian family. Due to SA and TAS State Government lifting the 20 member restrictions we will be able to move forward without a booking system as of the below dates. Thursday, June 18th, there is a limit of 80 people permitted in Tasmanian clubs. Friday, June 19th, there is a limit of 75 people permitted in South Australian clubs.... For our Victorian members, please rest assured were working through processes and procedures with the Victorian State Government and will advise further information very soon.

03.01.2022 Huge thank you to all of our members over this period for working with us to successfully reopen our Tasmanian and South Australian clubs last week. We encourage everyone to continue to do the right things; bringing a towel, practising good hygiene standards, following Government guidelines, and using the booking systems correctly, including not booking back to back sessions. Our staff have put in a massive effort to ensure our members experience is as seamless as possible, s...o we would also like to take the opportunity to thank them all for going the extra mile to get their clubs reopened. We look forward to reopening our Victorian clubs in line with Victorian State Government timelines.
