16.01.2022 [How we evolve] How we evolve is to listen and be open to see what someone else has to share about their experience. Because as I shared a few times lately as I, we are we your soul,... we are genuinely the universe, God consciousness, God, whatever you would like to call it, we are that aspect wanting to experience itself. And so therefore if I can share that experience, then perhaps it's a gift for you and you don't need to have that experience because your experience is something different. You are part of the collective Consciousness having a different journey to what I am having. And so therefore when we can listen to each other's experience, our own soul and the collective, the world soul continues to grow when we are able to genuinely share what our experience and what our learnings have been with others. This is just one big science experiments, and we get to share with each other like 'Hey, this is my view on this experiment and what's your view and I love this bit and I love that' So I genuinely believe the more we can do that, the more we evolve together as humanity, realizing that we are each a different aspect of the collective. Also that humanity can shift faster when we learn from one another, even if it triggers the fuck out of us. That's my thoughts. Big Love, Z xx
15.01.2022 We go into contraction. Going into contraction and fear in the body and it’s more difficult for us to bring the full vibration of our Soul through. It’s possible during that type of birth that we may not fully bring in our Soul into that body as it may not be able to hold it. The lower vibration, the lower density body might not be able to hold the full frequency of our Soul. And so it is possible during traumatic birth that we may only bring part of our Soul through and hope... that someone around us is able to, at some point recognise this for us and to help guide us to bring our full Soul down into our body at a later stage. 09.01.2022 A little more of my story... One day working inside a big shipping container converted to an office with a lot of other people, I had a life-changing premonition. Working on a massive outdoor event hot, noisy, crammed into a big metal sardine tin I heard a voice, it simply said, Kundalini Dance. I looked around thinking it was someone else, until I realised it was a message of some sort. I had never heard of Kundalini and I hadn’t danced since I was a teenager but I dec...ided to type it into Google and see what happened. I literally almost fell off my chair when I saw a course to become a Kundalini Dance Facilitator. A few months later I was on a plane to Bali to spend a month training as a Kundalini Dance Facilitator. Corporate chick on a plane to go hang out with Hippies hahahaha. Literally I couldn’t have made more of a flip in direction in my life. Yet I had gone through The Spiral and life was changing rapidly! I can guarantee that ‘pre-Spiral me’ would NOT have gotten on that plane to Bali, but here I was knowing I could make my own choices in life finally! So here I was in Bali wearing goddess clothes and clearing stagnant emotions and energies of myself and others through dance. I finally started to feel my body more and more and start to make it my home. I opened up to connecting to my own sexual energy, which was completely new for me. I mean I literally had no idea that was a thing! Then I began to understand that it’s not only important in my life, it actually IS my life-force! I mean, why had no one ever told me that my sexual energy and my life-force energy were not only connected but were basically one and the same! No wonder I had felt kinda dead and numb in life. The changes my body went through that month were life-changing. I could not only feel myself, I could feel others and that was literally revolutionary for me. I could not only now begin to connect more deeply to myself but for the first time in my life, I was able to connect deeply with other women. I could now not only feel and move my own energy but I could also move and transmute the energy of a room. That completely fascinated me and, to this day, is a gift I am deeply grateful for. 07.01.2022 Yet when you can see from the higher dimensional realms that we are in, you can see that all we need to do is shift the vibration, shift the frequency, raise the level of consciousness of this planet, of the beings of this planet, and that is done through Temple. When you move through this second level of the Temple, we come to the top, to the point of the Temple.
