25.01.2022 Shoot thinning the Barbera and came across this little fella.

24.01.2022 Pruning has started again 10 days in. Cabernet is done and started on the Shiraz.

22.01.2022 Zappa Wines will be at; Taste of Tamworth In the Bicentennial Park. Sunday 8th April 2018... 10am - 3pm Tamworth

21.01.2022 Finished pruning at 11.35am. Now roses around the cellar door.

16.01.2022 Spring is here, watering and fertilising the vineyard. Bud burst has begun.

08.01.2022 Reds are done, semillon and sauvignon blanc are done all pruned cleaned, tied and wires dropped. Just 12 rows of Chardonnay to go.

06.01.2022 Bunches are starting to form after flowering. This variety is the Shiraz.

05.01.2022 Picking Shiraz and Cabernet tomorrow morning. Start time is 2 am.

03.01.2022 Peter while checking the vineyard this morning came across these two baby little hares. Mum made a nest in one of the rows. Spring is definitely here.
