09.01.2022 What a load of rubbish, and sadly from the ABC, they seem to ignore the fact she was informing in the 90’s and was activity informing in 2004 to Purana taskforce whilst she was simultaneously being investigated for her involvement in the Hodson murders. The truth is better than fiction I suggest people read the Royal Commission website . https://apple.news/AvA3w5c7HTkagJo-aLd3K6w

02.01.2022 Mandatory covid-19 vaccination Australian citizens are in turmoil at the PM’s comments that his ordered 30million vaccinations of a yet approved vaccine from the UK, followed by comments vaccination would be as mandatory as possible. Obviously an off the cuff remark that he shortly thereafter backed off (no doubt having got legal advice). Multiple problems with this concept;... 1. Legally the Australian government cannot impose mandatory medical procedures (which a vaccine is). 2. Can they impose restrictions for those that don’t voluntarily take the vaccine? Short answer is yes. They can restrict employment in certain industries that can be adversely effected by Covid-19 like the age care industry. This is akin to the mandatory no jab no play policy for children’s immunisation which is to protect children from a list of deadly diseases. 3. Could they justify adding this to children’s immunisation. In my opinion it wouldn’t hold up, There is no evidence whatsoever that covid-19 is deadly to children or has any adverse effects. The immunisations that are currently provided to children have been around for decades and their long term benefits known. I doubt any Australian parent would offer their children up to be immunised with a vaccine that’s been rushed onto the market in 6mths and sold for billions of dollars. 4. I also doubt the Australian community as a whole would offer themselves up as guinea pigs for a vaccine for a virus that has a 99% survival rate and of which the vast majority of people wouldn’t even know if they had it. 5. Could the government impose restrictions on movement for those who refuse the vaccine? Quite simply such restrictions wouldn’t hold up. So in summary; I suspect the PM is wasting another few billion of tax payers money.

01.01.2022 Advice for Victorians re the proposed protests; Know your rights and know the potential consequences. Attending any physical protest is in breach of the current laws in place in Victoria. Police have the power to request your name and address should they suspect you are in beach of the law. ... -failure to provide your name and address upon request is a criminal offence and you could be charged. -continued failure could result in your lawful arrest and detention to enable police to determine your identity. You could be issued with an infringement for non compliance with Covid-19 restrictions. These are civil infringements in that they will not appear on future criminal history checks. Police also have the power to direct you to move on. Failure to move on is a criminal offence and you could be lawfully arrested and charged. Whether you are provided with the above directions, arrested or charged is entirely at the discretion of the police officer involved.
