23.01.2022 Thanks for your overwhelming kind words and support this weekend, even in the ‘notes’ section of your online Menulog orders. Tonight will be a tough one for all of us with it being our last night of trading in Curran’s Hill. As we send out our last skewer, we’ve been left with food for thought about how we can still work to get our Zaria food to you. Stay tuned over the next week as we work out our logistics. 23.01.2022 Hi everyone, at this stage we will continue to be running Zaria as takeaway and delivery only. Orders can be made by calling us on 4648 1833 (preferred) or by ordering through menu log or Uber eats. We will keep you posted of any further changes in regards to dine-in.... 11.01.2022 OUR LAST WEEKEND It’s time for a change Here at Zaria we have enjoyed serving you for the last 4 years but it’s now time for us to hang up our hats and aprons.... We are heading into our last weekend of trading before we close our Zaria doors for good and we truly want to thank you for supporting us. So who is moving in you ask??? A much needed Chinese restaurant We are excited for them, wish them well and we know they will be supported by our local area. Thank you the last 4 years has been greatly appreciated. 03.01.2022 THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! The support our community is showing us is greatly appreciated in these crazy times. We have many avenues for you to place your order, menulog, uber Eats and calling us directly (very much preferred). ... Why do we prefer your phone call? Although having the online phone apps to place you order is convenient I just want to provide you some info as a business from our end and the commission we pay per order through uber Eats. For every uber Eats order you place, uber takes 35% of that order. For example if your order value is $50, uber take $17.50 we retain $32.50 to cover the cost of goods, wages, rent etc. So why do we use their services? Because their footprint and reach in the market is huge so as a business if you're not seen on uber then sometimes you arent seen at all and that order goes somewhere else. So.... we have the the systems in place to help you help us. We have a computer system that we have developed many years ago, we have the delivery drivers, we have our customer service team(us) to handle any issues instantly with your orders. You can also preorder. If I need to increase my team of drivers to give some one a job I will. Sustainability in this environment is crucial.
