I started the day by moving my body with Abigail @theawakemovement_ and I connected with many beautiful mums, including some of you incredible Zarpar mamas We chatted about the pressures of motherhood, our intentions for this year and shutting out the negative noise - focusing only on the magic, beauty and creating more of our passions. It’s made me even more excited about bringing the Zarpar space to life, trying to work as quickly as ...I can to open the doors for you all to invite in new connections and a safe and nurturing space for you and your babes. What workshops do you wish more of on your conscious parenting journey, pregnancy and beyond? Movement, conversation, art, book clubs, likeminded mothers groups, the ideas are endless.
