20.01.2022 DARWIN..... Pee Wee's is the number 1 dining establishment in Darwin and the owners Lily & Simon Matthews deserve every award that they have been awarded. The food, service and vibe is comparable with any high end restaurant in Australia. The dining experience is not cheap but the value is amazing. When visiting Darwin give your self a treat and dine here. Bookings are essential.

17.01.2022 BINNORIE DAIRY..... This is a must visit stop for the foodies. Excellent range of cheeses and meats. Be prepared and take an esky to get your gourmet fare home unspoilt. A wonderful place for lunch or a snack with excellent coffee to cap it all off.

15.01.2022 DARWIN..... Here is a very cool use of an industrial space combined with amazing food and really good coffee. Ruby Gs has utilised an enclosed trailer as the point of sale and coffee station, the mezzanine for the kitchen and a multitude of repurposed items for furniture. The desert menu is a list of indecent chooses ( indecently delicious). Be warned the people behind these recipes are wicked, wicked people

15.01.2022 MEET THE STAR OF CROC DUNDEE 1 & 2..... Not Hoges, but Charlie the Water Buffalo. He was such a big beast in life, the taxidermist had to modify him so that he fitted at his final resting place, 303 Bar at Adelaide River.

12.01.2022 DARWIN..... Darwin Deckchair Cinema is a must do experience. Bohemian Rhapsody under the stars - magnificent. Seeing this movie the second time under the stars really added to the experience. If you have opportunity to attend this amazing cinema experience, now in its twenty fifth year, just do it.

12.01.2022 DARWIN..... Sunday breakfast at the Salty Plum is Darwin in a nutshell. A mix of cultures underpinned with a sense of community. If we are lucky, this is the rest of Australia in the future. Peaceful, loving, harmonious.

03.01.2022 THE CONVENT..... The Escarpment Group. A beautiful and romantic retreat nestled in the grape growing area of the Hunter Valley. I brilliant place to sit and be quiet and recharge your engine. Great dining options onsite with swimming and tennis facilities available.
