17.01.2022 That’s another 16 weeks done and dusted. That’s another 16 weeks that I am truly thankful for having these products day in day out. For me it isn’t about the weight loss although I have lost a few kilos. For me it was about having more energy and time; better sleep; to be less cranky and be a happier healthier mum, wife and friend. I wanted to be comfortable, confident and happy in my skin. To be able to look at myself in the mirror and see ME and be honestly happy with that.... I’ve never been a truly confident person; I was a fake it till you make it person. This has changed with age and the lessons life teaches us but also with the community that I have found with these products is amazing. I’m learning more about myself and growing as an individual every day that I have contact with this community. We support each other in everything and through anything. This is a truly great gift that I love sharing. Life is difficult, complicated and sometimes cruel but together we can overcome the numerous obstacles that are thrown our way. I also didn’t have health issues but throughout my life I have had issues with my gut, that wasn’t limited to bloating. Since using I’ve been nutritional cleansing I now trust my gut and the bloating is gone. I feel the best I ever have, better than in my 20’s and 30’s. I’m 46 and feel amazing inside and outside.

07.01.2022 Moroccan chicken and carrot salad with whole-wheat couscous I’d been meaning to cool this one up ever since I got the recipe book it came in 6 months ago! This is fresh and delicious perfect for these warmer months. I made my own Ras el Hanout as I couldn’t find a store bought one that didn’t have any extras in it. I do the same with the majority of herb/spice mixes. You just need to google what’s in the mixes and you’ll find that you’ll have most of the ingredients alrea...dy in your pantry. I make use of the empty herb/spice jars and store my homemade ones in there. I made the couscous with our veg bone broth for added nutrition and yummyness. Enjoy x
