13.01.2022 Pre Kindy Room Coordinator, Luci celebrated her wedding on Saturday 7th June 2014 at the Adelaide Town hall, followed by a beautiful reception at Donarto's reception Centre. Luci's Maid of Honor was fellow Pre Kindy Room Coordinator and best friend Tash, I'm sure you would agree they both look stunning. Congratulations and Best Wishes to Luci and Craig, it truly was a beautiful day.

12.01.2022 Up early on Saturday morning were Educators Lyn, Maddi, Angie, Brooke, Rhiannon and Director Sarah. We headed to the Hilton Adelaide to be involved in the ECHO conference "Powerful emotional attachment and engagement in learning" Possibilities for educators and children. Keynote speakers Jo French- a registered nurse at the WCH, Neonatal unit and consultant from The Ranges Early Learning and Care Centre integrating infant and family development into the service's model of car...e. She was very informative, talking about attachment and child development. The second keynote speaker Liz Kernahan, a clinical Psychologist working with children and adolescents. She is certified in Marte Mao which is Latin for "ones own strength". Liz talked about 4 main principles. 1. Give children good face and good tone. 2. Follow and name children's initiative. 3. Name what you are doing. 4. Name children's emotions/internal experience. Liz put across some great points that inspired our listening Educators. The last part of the conference we heard from several Educators on their experiences in the field and the wonderful things they are achieving and implementing.
