Today we have our Game Tasting Plate - boerewors (traditional South African sausage) served with sadza (not the real thing but rather polenta and rather yummy) and chakalaka sauce (bean and vegetable sauce with a bit of a bite). Today we have BOEREWORS which is our traditional Southern African sausage. Roughly pronounced 'bore-a-vors' and directly translated means farmers sausage. Generally made with with beef and pork and then a range of different spices. Family secret recipes can be carefully guarded!!!...
