Depending on the severity, it could take hours and this service is often charged hourly. Yes, there are other products that can remove scuff marks as well as sugar soap and also magic eraser. However, we found this method to be the most cost-effective and also produces 100% results every single time.... Disclaimer: This product is made of really fine steel wool. It must be soaked before using. This product may shave off a very thin layer of paint that may result in a different shade on your wall. Only use this method after you have tried using sugar soap and magic eraser. We only use this product on areas that are not commonly visible like inside a wardrobe, behind the bedframe etc. Only use this product for small severe scuff marks as shown in the video. If there are many scuff marks, it is advisable to repaint the wall instead.

18.01.2022 Disconnecting electricity may cost your bond Yes, this is true. When visibility is low, the cleaners are not able to perform at the highest level. Attention to detail will be greatly affected = bond deducted.... Fortunately theres 2 simple ways you can avoid that. 1) Inform the company that the electricity will be disconnected. This is so that theyre able to equip themselves appropriately or even decline the job. 2) Have 3 days leeway from the date of the clean and returning the keys. This is to ensure you have some extra time left to look for another cleaning company incase (youve forgot to mention regarding electricity) if the cleaner is unable to perform the clean due to the situation.

The tenant for this unit was actually on site (you can see him in the kitchen splash back reflection) to see the results for himself as he was worried that our cleaning may not be on point and have actually sat in the property (going in and out) as he has had some bad experiences with other cleaners in the past. As I further inspect this property, there were many more areas that were missed and it is disappointing to know that these tenants will have to pay the additional costs for the re cleans when it should be provided for free by the initial cleaning company. ... 10.01.2022 We remember this clean very clearly like it was just yesterday. We were only 2 months old and had the opportunity to trial for a clean to become their recommended cleaning company. It was a big deal for us as our goal for that year was to be a recommended cleaning company for a property firm. This was also the first time that we’ve ever dealt with a property that did not had electricity connected. During that time it was already 3pm, the sun was about to set in a couple of h...ours and there was no way we could finish cleaning before the sun sets. Stress level was pretty high that time as this was the clean of the lifetime for us. I got a team member to start cleaning the toilet with his torch light from his iphone while I went out to look for equipments to assist us with the clean. Moments later I returned with a 20m extension cord to ensure we are still able to conduct carpet cleaning. But getting a portable light did not even cross my mind. I just realised how silly I was. If we had purchased a portable light from the same store as the extension cord, we wouldn’t be so stressed out. At the end, we managed to finish the clean moments after the sun has set. The apartment was basically pitch black when we were done. I returned the next day to do some final checks and also to remove wall marks as I was told that the PM managing this property, Rob Bell was big on wall marks. After my final inspection, we happily returned the keys. A couple of days later, we were contacted and told that we did not clean the balcony. My heart immediately sank, we were so focused on cleaning the interior and we completely forgotten about the balcony. At that point, we thought we missed our one and only opportunity. We were given the opportunity to rectify our mistakes but I thought we had failed the trial. A week or 2 later, we started getting work orders from Rob. Although we had a couple of hiccups during the first couple of cleans, but Rob and the team were patient with us. As time passed, we got better and the rest is history. It has been a great year working with these incredible individuals in Ray White Southbank. Special thanks to Lilian Kwan for making the intro.

06.01.2022 Full 4bed3bath re - clean. The tenant previously hired a cleaning company that did not cleaned up to the property manager’s standard. The tenant wasnt able to contact the cleaning company after payment was made. We were then recommended to the tenant by the property manager to conduct a full re clean which cost the tenant extra. ... It was unfortunate for this to happen to the tenant, however the they got their bond fully refunded

There are alot of incident where tenants of rental property feel cheated or scammed by cleaning companies out there. 05.01.2022 We are not the best. . . . .... . . . And that is why we try harder than the rest. Once in awhile, its unfortunate that mistakes will occur. But it is how we deal with those mistakes that separates us from the rest. For instance, one of our team member lost his balance while moving a bed side table which resulted a hole in the wall size of a fist. We communicated the issue with the customer and our handyman team came on board and fixed the problem within an hour. Its as though it never happened. Our customer was impressed with our quick responds time to such problem and have left us a positive review.
