22.01.2022 After watching the events unfold in our community over the past two days and the subsequent uncertainty created by these events I have decided to wear a mask during my sessions. You, the client, do not have to. This is simply a way to minimise any potential risks. I also ask that all clients attending my clinic: Do not attend your appointment if you are sick, even a little bit. Fill in the COVID-19 screening form sent to you in your sms appointment reminder, before yo...ur appointment. Bring your own pen to sign for health insurance. If anything further develops I will be in touch as soon as I get information.

22.01.2022 Today I have started #womensealthweek work with a number of women who are doing their best to manage the stress of being a mother. The female body goes through a lot to grow a little human. The years that follow can be physically and mentally stresful. I encourage you to make sure you look after you as well as your young one(s). A small change now can make a big difference in a years time. I speak from personal experience. I encourage you to take a little time to think of an ...area of your health that you would like to improve. Have a think about a step or two you can take to feel a little better about this area. It could be as simple as drinking more as the weather warms up or putting your phone away at a set time. 22.01.2022 I am spending my weekend isolating and making face masks. A bit of deja vu going on here. As I have had a number of enquiries as to whether I will continue to work I want to reassure you that I will still be working. If this changes I will be in contact with you individually to let you know. Thank you to all those people who spent hours during the week waiting to get tested. There are many small businesses like mine that rely on the community to do the right thing.

21.01.2022 I am finishing my week with a moment of contemplation. Over the 15 years since I started my journey as a massage therapist I have a learnt a lot. When I have a number of customers in one week thank me for the difference I have made in their life I feel so grateful to my younger self for taking the plunge and following my heart. The capacity I now have to turn around chronic pain makes me so proud of myself. Thank you to everyone along the way who has cheered me along. 19.01.2022 Have I ever told you how much the foot intrigues me? 33 joints, 26 bones, 3 arches. Yes 3 arches! How stable are you feet? Or better yet, how agile are they? If you have chronic pain in your body experience tells me (15 years of my own chronic pain until someone in Denmark "fixed" my foot) there is a high chance the problem is in one of your feet. 12.01.2022 I have spent my weekend sewing 16 facemasks (I planned to make double that!) and listening to a course on Nerve Reflexology. I am reminded how lucky I am to have studied reflexology in a country where natural therapies are diminishing. It's fantastic I can do this advanced study from Europe in the comfort of my clinic room. Thank you #touchpointreflexology Multitasking my favorite things!

06.01.2022 Before I sit and watch a movie with the kids, some much needed rest after a big week, I wanted to show you my new addition to my massage room. Pam from Kean As Electrical and Air Conditioning lovingly installed a new quality, and more importantly quiet, air conditioner. The old unit did what it needed to and I didn't want to be wasteful, which is why it has taken me so long to change it, but while heating during winter it would rattle which irritated me a lot. 06.01.2022 Online course opportunities, care of the pandemic, are bringing me training I would not have had access to. This morning I am taking advantage of some great training on biomechanics out of the UK. I have got through the introduction and have had a few moments already.
