02.01.2022 Adaptable. Word of the year. Our #Leadership team was supposed to be in #Sydney last week, for our EOS Worldwide Annual Planning session a huge milestone in our EOS Journey, marking our first year on the system! ... But #Covid had other ideas. Four of us arrived in #Melbourne, to the joyful news that Sydney borders had closed, and our much looked forward to F2F session was no longer a possibility. We rapidly rejigged our plans and took the 2-day session #remote, with the majority of the team Zooming in from Melbourne. This detour allowed us to visit Meletos in the Yarra Valley for some soul calming food & wine. Despite Covid throwing a spanner in our #travel plans, we still had a smashing 2-day session on Zoom with team-building activities, reflection on an incredible jam-packed year, solving issues, and building the #strategy for the next 12 months and 90 days. And while we didn't get the incredible Sydney city skyline views, we had glorious winery views instead, and the team is super stoked to be hitting the ground with another full, but exciting plate of big #goals & targets for the year ahead. Happy Adaptable EOS Anniversary to us Eloise, Ben, Mercia, Jenni, Kerry & Laura! And a special thanks to Daniel Davis for everything.
