25.01.2022 MOTIVATION MONDAY This was definitely my biggest challenge this year, because although you can only see the differences on his body and the numbers I had the privilege to watch the transformation on his MINDSET, lifestyle, will power, can do attitude and being part is his project has reminded me why I chose to be a personal trainer, because transforming a body shape isn't hard, but transforming a mindset is!!!
