25.01.2022 Our dojo is now closed for the two week school holiday break (including Fitness Class and Yoga) - and we will resume training on Monday the 12th of July. For those competing at the upcoming tournament make sure you get some training in at home please. Hopefully by the time we are back the new COVID rules may have been lifted - but if not, we will need to follow these rules - but I will give you all information on this as the time comes closer.... Have you let me know if you can or can not attend the end of year presentation on the 20th of December - I need to know by the end of next week. If you havent let me know, you will miss out due to limits because of the Covid restrictions! Send me through a message if you have any questions!

23.01.2022 It's Grading Day!! See you all at the dojo throughout the day! Dragons and Warrior White Belts - 9 to 11.30am... Warriors Yellow Belts and above - 12 to 2.30pm Adults & Teens - 3 to 7pm Bring lots of water, hats and joggers (just in case we head on outside) Good luck everyone!

22.01.2022 It was great to be back in the dojo last night, for our first session of 2021! But we are closed today due to the Public Holiday, but will be back to normal tomorrow for our first kids class of 2021 at 4.15pm and fitness class at 5.30! So however you are spending today - be safe, enjoy but also be respectful of what this day means to others - especially our First Nations people.... See you back on the mats soon!

22.01.2022 NOVEMBER Grading! Shihan Debbie has to move the grading from the Sunday to the Saturday. So the Grading will now be on Saturday the 28th of November - I really hope this doesnt interfere with everyones plans too much - if it does please let me know.... An email will go out this weekend with Grading details.

20.01.2022 Reminder that our Grading is this Saturday at the dojo! 9am to 11.30 - Dragons and Junior White belts 12.00 to 2.30pm - Warriors (Junior Yellow belts to Brown Belts) 3.00 to 7.00pm - Adults & Teens... Please bring along all - Gi, sparring gear, water, joggers and a hat I need all Grading Certificates, Consent Forms and Grading Fee by tomorrow. Any questions let me know

12.01.2022 Today marks the 9th year we have been at our dojo! Here are some pictures of the day I signed the lease! Many years before this we were training at the Kempsey High School gym - two nights a week on a Tuesday and Thursday with only 4 classes per week! We have grown so much! Our 10th year in 2021!

12.01.2022 Due to current lockdown in Sydney we are going to have to postpone our Senior Warrior Camp that was planned for next week. But we want all our students to cont...inue to train for this event, and we will work out a Plan B and/ or Plan C and your Instructor will notify you shortly! Stay safe everyone!

11.01.2022 Hi everyone - I dont usually share posts like the one below on our ZCR page - but I feel I need too, this time around. This family had started to bring their youngest son to Zen Chi Ryu at the beginning of this year, and then Covid struck, then the dojo closed and obviously the family went through their own battles. A beautiful father Raj, who only wanted the best for his children.

08.01.2022 Operation - new mats has started at the dojo! Thanks to everyone who had helped to fundraise for these - they look great! Thanks to the Browning family, Renshi Richard, Sempai Shannan, Sempai Liam and Sempai Amalie who came to help Shihan this morning. Still a little more to do - but it is very exciting!

03.01.2022 Congratulations to everyone who graded today! It was again different to how we usually do our Gradings due to Covid - but we were able to pull off another great day amongst the heat! A big thank you to the Black Belts who gave up there time today to help me run the 3 sessions - you are a true credit to our Martial Arts System. To all who achieved their next Grade! Congratulations and well deserved.... To the Warriors of the Camp - Dragons - Violet Warriors - Dane and Alma Seniors - Isabelle You really deserved the recognition! I am in the process of trying to upload photos - so hopefully this will happen soon! Once again - congratulations!
