25.01.2022 No words, but hope....

19.01.2022 Taking a breath in through our nose can control our brain signals and lead to improved emotional and memory processing. Slow, steady breathing activates the calming part of our nervous system, and slows our heart rate, reducing feelings of anxiety and stress. So while the in-breath specifically alters our cognition, the act of slow, deep breathing, whether the inhalation or exhalation, is beneficial for our nervous system when we wish to be more still. ... In fact, mindful or conscious breathing emphasizes not only the breathing component but also the mental component of paying attention and becoming aware of mind, body and breath together. By observing in a non-judgmental manner, without forcing ourselves to get to some special state, we are in fact then able to watch our minds and feel our bodies more clearly. This in turn becomes a path to insight and practice we can keep working on. Our breath is powerful enough to regulate emotions and help us gain clarity, and to fully do so we must also make the effort to centre our minds to the here and now. One breath is where it all begins.... #breath #breathe #meditation #love #zenithretreats

16.01.2022 So picture this you wake up in the morning, you flutter your eyes open and for a short moment, you are adjusting your awakening conscious state between dream and what your brain interprets in what you see. (I call this the daily rebirth). The energetic charge of your dreams has a tendency to still remain deeply attached in the moments to come, and will likely set a tone frequency to your general satellite (background) emotions for the day; the continuation of the inner wor...ks on yourself while your body rested. Next comes the busy mind, full of plans, targets and relentless bouncing between past memory imprints and mental future anticipationThis triggers the mind/body reactivity process, the pancreas and limbic system come into full activity, launching hormones throughout the body and the habitual monkey chaos begins.goooood morning !!!!!! Added to this, a repetitive daily routine may trigger a complete autopilot state of absolute unconscious actions, all the way from opening your eyes, to arriving at the office, or wherever the destination with little awareness of what actually happened in between tasks and actions. So let’s recap here As we awaken every morning, we cannot really help what the day’s general overall feeling tone will be, as it is what it is in its necessity to challenge us in continuation to our evolutionary stages. The challenge is to live it, experience it and transcend it to the next level, all in the while retaining some degree of detachment.and conscious presence; the key to the transcendence of unconscious chaotic existence.but that, will require some hefty mental and physical presence! So, what is conscious breathing??? To achieve this almost-miraculous process, breath awareness is what halts the repetitive mindless routine in its tracks. The breath has the capacity to either feed mindless thought patterns, if unconsciously allowed, or to ground our awareness into the body, therefore anchoring your mind into the moment and the activities involved. So the first step here is to become aware and observe, upon waking up, of the charge carried inside the body. more

09.01.2022 So, the quality of everything, every thought, word and action is somewhat dependant on the quality of our breath; the depth, reach, length, placement, awareness, consciousness... On a physiological level, the breath is a current that interlinks the functions of the body with biochemical messaging. The breath, the endocrine and nervous systems work hand in hand with the receptivity of the senses; like an energy wave that adapts in frequency from one organ to another so to tran...sform into the appropriate pulse of functional drive to connect into ONE unified intelligence. Deep conscious breathing increases the susceptibility to the senses and therefore holds the power to ground mind activity and form deeper neuro pathway development. Shallow and restricted breath causes fragmentation of the thought patterns, which in turn creates confusion in the receptivity of the information gathered through the senses, subsequently detracting from the appropriate hormone flow and eventual draining of life force through the stressing of the nervous system and conflicting nerve impulse messaging....erratic mind, erratic emotional reactivity; unconscious decision making and susceptibility to impulsive reactivity. All this sounds complex perhaps, though through an applied practice of conscious awareness in breath, the body’s intelligence has the capacity to lead, recalibrate, adapt, stabilise and consolidate the mental/emotional connectivity all on its own. Conscious breathing techniques are very easy to implement into our lives, wherever, or whenever we choose; at the office, at home, in presence of others....anywhere, anytime. The amazing transformations that take place through these practices literally change the way we live and feel, communicate and love ourselves and others equally, not to mention the Increased clarity and peace, happiness and the renewed outlook on life... A renewed love in your relationships to life, and your soul partners; a whole new world opens up through the simple act of conscious breathing. Come and join us on a mind and heart opening retreat in Bali,Nepal, Costa Rica or Greece in 2021! #zenithretreats #breath #meditation #yoga #body #mind #soul
